Operate process
1:First, use the "general" mode in the leak detector to detect the
entire pipeline, and look for suspected leaks in the pipeline
through the sound of the headset, and the cursor signal display on
the instrument screen. Under the same circumstances (the position
of the leak-proof pipe), the sound of the earphone and the cursor
signal of the instrument are relatively consistent. However, at the
position where the pipe leaks, the sound of the earphone and the
cursor signal of the instrument will be abnormal (the sound of the
earphone will increase in volume, and the cursor signal of the
instrument will also increase continuously). Compare the
abnormality in the earphone sound and the cursor signal to
determine the suspected water leakage point
2. In order to verify the accuracy of the "suspected leaking
point", the "locating" mode in the leak detector can be used for
detection. The locating mode has 24 fixed frequencies. Taking the
pipeline pressure guaranteed at 8 kg as an example, you can
generally choose a frequency of about 800HZ as the center
frequency, with the suspected leakage point as the center, extend
to both ends to check and compare to determine the signal The
strongest point is the "suspected leaking point" (that is, the
excavation point).
